Andrew started his property career over 30 years ago in Australia as part of a family owned business specializing in residential property development. Soon afterwards he started a sales department within a small residential real estate company which grew rapidly throughout the late 1990s to rank amongst the best in the franchise group. In 2001 Andrew moved his family to New Zealand and became part of the Richardsons team.

Andrew is the Director of Richardsons Tairua Limited and currently holds an Agents Licence as well as a Bachelor of Business Degree (majoring in Finance & Economics with a sub major in Banking) from the University of Technology Sydney. He also has been active in the community through his 14 years with the Tairua Pauanui Coastguard Unit in the position of ISC Master (Skipper), Unit President, Coastguard Instructor & is on the unit's management committee. Andrew is also President of the Pauanui Surf Life Saving Club.Andrew’s excellent negotiation skills combined with his strong work ethic means that he always strives for the best for his vendors and purchasers alike.
